Homemade Vegan Nut Milk Butter/Spread


For 1 Batch(es)


  • 0.5 cup Almond Milk or other plant milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar - Braggs
  • 1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt optional
  • 1.5 cup Coconut oil - unflavored
  • 0.75 cup Olive or Avocado Oil
  • 0.5 Cup Lecithin Granules

Vegan Plant Milk Spread / Butter Directions

    Put all the ingredients into your mixer / vitamix and blend on low speed for a few seconds then increase the speed for a minute or so till all blended and creamy. Pour into butter dishes and refrigerate or freeze for quicker setting time. I suggest doubling your recipe to freeze so you have butter on hand when you need it.
